The BHICAS is dedicated solely to the natural enhancement of your beauty through the practice of plastic surgery. Our facilities are private, comfortable and professional. Your safety, comfort and confidentiality are as important to us as enhancing your natural beauty is to you-they are our top concerns. When you enter our waiting room our patient coordinator, Robyn, will warmly greet you, instantly putting you at ease. She will be happy to answer basic questions about Dr. Palmer and his artistically motivated surgical techniques-or about the BHICAS in general. You will usually have a brief health history form mailed to you in advance in order to expedite your visit. This allows you to spend more time with Dr. Palmer discussing the new you.
