 Well I finished the around the world plastic surgery case…..she looks great and I plan to enjoy a great Mc Callon 18 scotch when I get home.  The nasal tip cartilages were the most crooked and bent that I have encountered in 20 years of doing Rhinoplasties.  I must have put 30 stitches…used an ear cartilage graft from the back of the ear as well…just to make the nasal tip look good.  You can’t imagine how much work and efoort goes into some of these really complicated nose jobs.

 I have that feeling that I described for you so time ago.  I am tired both physically and mentaly but I have a huge sense of satisfaction and accomplishment.  I am very happy for the patient.  Difficult cases like this rhinoplasty remind me how very important all my training was for all those years…I needed every trick in the book to get this one to look great.

 Ashton and Evan enjoyed the Kids Choice Awards….signed a bunch of autographs and enjoyed the show.  Ashton is one of very few lucky enough to have been accepted by USC.  I, of course, am thrilled and very proud of her.

+�-�I’m off to the OR to do a case that I refer to as “Around the World.”+�-� Facelift, necklift, eyelift (blepharoplasty), Browlift, Rhinoplasty,+�-�Chhek Augmentation+�-�and lip augmentation with Alloderm….oh and let’s not forget Botox to lip lines.+�-� Yikes, I’ll be tired after this but she’s going to look amazing.+�-� Why is it called around the world……I gave this type of extensive facial plastic surgery procedure the name some years ago because I was working on just about every area of the face and neck….similar to traveling around the world geographically.+�-� Both are impressive acheivements with marvelous results.+�-� Oh by the way…this is about+�-�5 hours of my time operating…excluding prep time and recovery time.+�-� Time to get my game face on….I’m going in!+�-� I’ll start her on my Francis R Beverly Hills Skin care products at about 1 month post op to give her beautiful, more youthful looking skin to complete the new look.
