We can however, do some simple things to maintain “Our NUmber” this holiday season. Tip #1: Take the stairs whenever possible. This simple act will work off some of those extra calories.
Tip #2: Enjoy the fresh air and take a 15 minute walk as soon as you come home from work with your loved ones(s). Now, come on…15 minutes is certainly doable and it’s a nice way to connect with those around us…..you can talk, walk and enjoy the holiday season as it unfolds around you.
Tip #3: Leave the car at home nad walk to the stores while you shop for your holiday presents.
What’s Your Number? We all have one. It’s what tells people around us that we are young, old, male, female, attractive or less so. The FDA has lifted the 14 year ban on Silicone Breast Implants. Women, 22 years old and older may now have Silicone Breast Implants without having to meet the rather strict criterea set up for the ongoing clinical studies that were previously required by the FDA. This is welcome news and opens up some very useful resources for women seeking Breast Enhancement with Breast Implants. Will this speed up the FDA approval of more types of Silicone Breast Implants? One can only hope.
