Rhinoplasty still the most discussed Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery…by Beverly Hills Plastic and Cosmetic Surgeon, Dr. Francis R Palmer, III.
+�-�Rhinoplasty and Revision Rhinoplasty continues to dominate the discussion boards and questions on blogs devoted to Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery.+�-� I am amazed by this.+�-� Are patients getting the information that they need during their preop consultations?+�-� Rhinoplasty is very technically challenging.+�-� It requires+�-�years and performing thousands of Rhinoplasty Surgeries to feel comfortable performing this procedure…and that’s just the way it is.+�-� The nose is+�-�different than any other part of the body that we perform+�-�Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery upon.+�-� The nasal skin is not forgiving and does not do well with repeated operations.+�-� The blood supply and the skin may look poorly after repeated attempts to get that certain look to the nose.
+�-�A good Rhinoplasty Surgeon, in my opinion…has no fear but does have the sense of when to be daring and bold and when it’s just smart to be conservative……
+�-�If you are considering your first Rhinoplasty….here are some tips:
+�-�1. do research+�-�and find well known, experienced Plastic and Cosmetic Surgeons+�-�known for their skill in Rhinoplasty…pay to see 2+�-� or 3 of these Rhinoplasty Surgeons…even if you need to fly across the country.+�-� It’s your face…be careful with it!
+�-�2. pay for a good Rhinoplasty surgeon.+�-� If you can’t afford one of these Rhinoplasty Surgeons….save, finance, or wait untilo you can but NEVER GO TO ANOTHER SURGEON TO SAVE MONEY…NEVER!
3. follow the instructions of your Rhinoplasty Surgeon…he/she has the experience of thousands of cases…
4. use common sense…if something doesn’t sound right to you…it may not be.+�-� Ask questions and go elsewhere if need be.

+�-�Rhinoplasty, nose jobs, nasal refinement surgery.+�-� One of the most common Plastic and Cosmetic Surgey Procedures performed in Beverly Hills and elswehere around the world.+�-� So many Rhinoplasties…so where do you go when you think the appearance of your nose should be improved?+�-� Though Rhinoplasty Surgery is+�-�common they are not simple…..not by a long shot.+�-� Quite the contrary, Rhinoplasty requires more technical skill, from the Plastic and Cosmetic Surgeon, than any other Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery Procedure in my opinion.
+�-� I have beem performing Rhinoplasty and Revision Rhinoplasty for over 20 years now and have performed many very difficult Revision Rhinoplasty Procedures over that time.+�-� It seems that some Rhinoplasty surgeons have difficulty mastering the aesthetics of the nose….this means what makes the nose attractive.+�-� Do you know?+�-� If you don’t, go and read my Palmer Beauty Principles at http://www.drfpalmer.com/palmer-beauty-principles.html+�-� This will give you a heads up as to what’s actually important in making your nose more attractive.+�-� That way if your hear something that doesn’t sound right during your Rhinoplasty connsultation, you can get up and see another Rhinoplasty Surgeon who understands the beauty of the nose.
+�-�Pay for your consultations.+�-� If you do some research and are willing to travel to see an experienced Rhinoplasty Surgeon, 2 or 3 consultations is more than enough to get an accurate assessment of what a Rhinoplasty would do, or not do to make you look better.+�-� Experienced, busy Rhinoplasty Surgeons are not there to sell you surgery…not there to sell you a Rhinoplasty as perhaps are some surgeons willing to give free consults.+�-� Your nails, haircuts and massages aren’t free, why would you expect a Plastic Surgeon’s unbiased advice would be free?+�-� It moight be free as a way of getting you in the door so they can sell you something…now that makes sense doesn’t it.+�-� Is that what you’re after?+�-� Wouldn’t you prefer honest advice and an honmest assessment?+�-� Of course you would….but for that you’ll have to pay for your consult.+�-� Pay for the Plastic and Cosmetic Surgeons time during which that assessment and advice is to be dispensed.
Next, assumming you find an experienced Rhinoplasty Surgeon that agrees a Rhinoplasty will make your nose look better…now you’ll need to pay the going rate for your Rhinoplasty.+�-� $7,000 to $15,000 depending on what you need done and how difficult it will be to perform.+�-� There are no freebies, no bargains without strings and consequences in life and surely none when it comes to your Rhinoplasty.+�-� If you can’t or are not willing to pay for a consult and the going fee fpr an experienced Plastic and Cosmetic Surgeon to do your Rhinoplasty whether it’s here in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles or elsewhere….don’t have the surgery.+�-� You’ll be better off using the money you willing to spend on a vacation…on some new clothes.+�-� Poor plastic surgery, second best, is never a bargain and will never make you happy.+�-� Better knowing that right up front.
