Dr. Palmer,

I had a rhinoplasty back in March and the results weren't so great. On the left side my doctor said cartilidge had shifted and it went towards the tip making one side appear to have a large bump. It looked extremely crooked! I had a revision about 2 months ago and it still looks terrible. There is now a small bump on the left side which my doctor says I need to massage to smooth it out. He also says that it is still swollen. I feel like I'm doing my own thing by massaging it and that the outcome is going to be terrible! Actually, the side that the revision was not done on looks the worst! When I express my concern, my doctor says that I need to give it more time, but I don't think it's getting better. How long should I wait to see if it's really swelling before I consider another revision? I really wish that I would have never touched my nose because it looked 100 times better before my rhinoplasty!
