This is just how interesting Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery can be here in beverly Hills, California. Today in the operating room, I performed a chin tuck and de-cleft, really a minimizing of the cleft. Then went on to shape the cheeks using Radiesse Injections. The nasal tip was pinched, from previous Rhinoplasty elsewhere, so I used Radiesse Injections to soften the nasal tip. A series of Botox Injections into the forehead and we’re done. All under lovcal infiltration (like a novacaine injection similar to at the dentist).
The cleft had been created and the chin augmented using some permanent injection material…done elsewhere….might be silicone. No Matter, the chin can be reduced by being creative and making an incision hidden under the chin, removing skin and tucking the chin. Just plain cool stuff!
