I am getting a ton of requsts for Revision Rhinoplasty this summer. Let me say that Rhinoplasty is a very technically challenging Plastic Surgery. Be sure that you have the same aesthetic vision, for your nose, that the surgeon does…or there will be some issues after the surgery. It’s best to do a bit more consulting and traveling before the surgery than after for a Revision. Revision Rhinoplasties are more expensive and difficult to perform. I often need to use ear cartilage grafts to re-create a more natural, more attractive nose.

Breat Augmentation with Breast Implants also seems quite popular this summer. Here’s a good tip. Buy a bra that’s the size you want your breasts to be after the Breast Augmentation. Take a baggie and fill it with water, zip it close and fill up the larger bra. Wear it under your clothes and see how you like that size. This will give you some indication of the new Breast size that you really want.
